REACH expectations

At Woogaroo Creek State School our students, staff, families and visitors will REACH each day.

REACH stands for:

  • Respectful
  • Empowered
  • Accepting
  • Collaborative
  • Honourable

Our whole school approach to discipline (PDF, 253KB) and student code of conduct (PDF, 4.3KB), maps our school expectations, processes and metalanguage to set students up for success each day.

Rocky, our Rock Wallaby Mascot, represents REACHing at Woogaroo Creek State School.

  • Students are ready to learn, Have a go. Push through the pit. Feedback and grow.

  • Staff empower students so they are ready to learn, Have a go. Push through the pit. Feedback and grow. They empower each other to support collective staff efficacy and meet the expectations of our roles and responsibilities.

  • Families and visitors empower students to ensure they are ready, supported and encouraged to learn, grow and succeed.

A: Accepting

  • Students:
