At Woogaroo Creek State School, QParents is our one-stop-shop for school/parent communication.
QParents is used to directly communicate with WCSS families and access the following:
• View student information
• View Report Cards
• Complete all Consent Forms
• Update student details and information
• Submit reasons for absence
• Payment of invoices
To create your account, you will require the following:
Invitation email received from Administration- Click on the link to register
Student EQ ID Number (This can be found on invoices and report cards. If you do not have access or cannot locate these letters, please contact Administration)
Provide 100 points of ID which can include the following:
- Australian Passport (50pts)
- Australian Driver Licence (50pts)
- Australian Birth Certificate (50pts)
- Medicare Card (20pts)
- Australian Marriage Certificate (40 pts)
- Australian Citizenship Certificate (40pts)
- Change of Name Certificate (40pts)
- Australian Visa (Foreign passports) (20pts)
