Enrolling in prep at our school
At Woogaroo Creek State School, our priority is being ready for your child so they can reach new heights from their very first day, rather than your child being ready for Prep.
If your child was born between July 2019 and June 2020, they are eligible for Prep in 2025 so enrol now. For more information read our

We encourage all 2025 Prep families to join us for one of our Prep School Tours on Tuesday 18th June 5:00–5:45pm or Tuesday 10th September 5:00–5:45pm.
Rocky's Playgroup
We encourage all of our future Prep students to join us for Rocky's Playgroup each Tuesday morning 8.15–9.30am. Playgroup is free and is a great way to support your child's transition to our school as they get to explore the school grounds, meet staff and meet some of their future Prep friends.
Partnerships with Early Childhood Education Centres
Supporting all children to reach new heights
At our school, we believe that establishing strong partnerships with our local Early Childhood Education Centres (ECECs), enables all students to be set up for a successful transition to school, so they can reach new heights from their very first day in prep. These partnerships also support all staff to reach new heights, through respectful collaboration to empower each other professionally.
At Woogaroo Creek State School, to support partnerships with our local ECECs, we prioritise weekly Kindergarten visits by a member of our prep teaching team, engage in early year’s networking opportunities, and use transition statements and contact between our inclusion teacher and kindergarten teachers to ensure we are ready for your child so they can reach new heights from their very first day.
