Welcome to Woogaroo Creek State School where we set students up to REACH new heights as conscious global citizens and life long learners.
I am Kendall Seccombe, the proud foundation principal of our new school.
I acknowledge the Traditional Owners the land on which our school will sit, and on which our students will learn and grow. I pay my respects to the Yuggera Ugarapul people, Elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our new school opened to start the 2023 school year. We are continuing to see the building and development of Stage One of our school grounds and facilities.
We offer student enrolment to families who live in our school catchment. Local families will be able to use the links on our ‘Enrolment’ page to find out whether they are eligible to enrol students at our great school.
We have worked closely with our local community over the past year to build our school’s narrative and identity.
We look forward to continuing to build strong partnerships with
Redbank Plains State High School and early learning providers in our local area. We work heavily in the transition space to ensure all students are set up for success in joining our new school, or moving onto high school at the end of their Woogaroo Creek State School journey
